Deepsea Technologies has an established 20-year track record of providing quality equipment that meets or exceeds industry and client specifications and a proven and effective HSE program that conducts ongoing training of staff to ensure a safe working environment.

Deepsea Technologies’s Quality and HSE programs have been audited by the Company’s customers including major and independent operating companies as well as oilfield equipment and service companies.

As part of the continuous improvement process, Deepsea Technologies has implemented a new ERP system which has been operational since January 2020.

Deepsea Technologies’s management philosophy dictates Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as a key Indicator in the success and growth of both the employees and the company. We share this vision along with our subcontractors, suppliers, and customers where we perform our operations with a common goal to provide a Safe and Hazard free workplace.
Incommensurate with our vision, our core values include:

• To comply with all Deepsea Technologies’s HSE rules, legislation, and other governing requirements.
• Monitor our performance and continually improve our systems related to day-to-day operations and business activities.
• Provide the necessary training and education so our employees can confidently perform their job functions.
• Provide feedback methods allowing employees, suppliers, and customers to ask questions, report concerns and near misses to help drive improvement of our safety culture.
• All reported accidents and near misses are recorded, discussed, and investigated; the results of each recording are reviewed, and steps taken to help eliminate such incidents.
• Sustain a strong health and safety culture by continually striving for:
  • Zero Injury – Ensure all employees, third parties, suppliers, and customers return home at the end of the day in the same condition as when they arrived at work.
  • Zero Impact – All Operations aim to achieve Zero Impact on the environment and cultures in which the Company operates.
